The easiest peanut sauce that will make your lunches or dinners taste so much better.
This peanut sauce "goes" with everything. It will upgrade your salads, it can become the perfect spaghetti sauce while you can also serve it as a dip or as a side dish for grilled vegetables.
It is raw, you do not need to cook anything to prepare it but it needs very good mixing. The peanut butter must melt well so that the peanut sauce can thicken as it should.

How to store your peanut sauce
We can keep it in the fridge for a week. Before using, take it out of the fridge for 10 minutes so that it comes to room temperature.
Also, this sauce can be put in the freezer and stay there for up to 6 months. Before using it, take it out of the freezer overnight.
Peanut Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp lime
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp red pepper
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a jar or close the jar and shake well.
