Vegan breadsticks without flour… but with chickpea and oat flour! They are very easy to prepare, with a dough that does not take time to rise and a baking process that will take you 12-14΄!

All the ingredients I used for this recipe are from efresh.gr.

Put some olive oil on top before baking. Then you can toss them with grated vegan cheese or sesame and poppy seeds.

In fact, if you do not put spices in the dough, you can also make them sweet by dipping them before baking them in a sugar-cinnamon mixture. It is divine too.

Tips

You can use only chickpea flour and no oats in flour-free breadsticks.

Instead of apple cider vinegar you can put vinegar of your choice.

Where did I find chickpea flour?

You can definitely find it in the market. But this time I made it myself following this recipe!

I took organic chickpeas, beat them for about 10 minutes in the blender (it wants a good blender), I passed them through a strainer and they were ready.

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl except sesame seeds. Make a ball and then put it between two pieces of non-stick paper.
  • Open it with a rolling pin. Cut into strips, make your breadsticks into cylinders and bake in a preheated oven at 210C for 12-14 minutes.
  • If you want, before baking, spread olive oil and pour grated vegan cheese on top, as I did on half of mine, or sesame, as I did on the other half.
