This viral tiktok breakfast is truly a dream come true. I did not find a vegan version on tiktok but I made it myself and super tasty. The easiest vegan, quick spinach pie in the toaster is here and invites you to make it.

So this breakfast has it all. It is vegan, it is nutritious, it is very easy and it will become your new favorite savory habit.

The basic ingredients you will need are vegan yogurt, flaxseed, spinach, vegan cheese and dill.

If you are not vegans you can replace vegan yogurt with yogurt of your choice and vegan cheese with cheese of your choice. Instead of yellow cheese that I used you can use feta that goes well with spinach.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 100 gr. vegan yogurt
  • 30 gr. spinach
  • 30 gr. vegan feta or vegan yellow cheese
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions 

  • Start by soaking the flaxseed in water for 5-10 minutes.
  • In a bowl put the yogurt,the spinach,the cheese,the flax egg, the dill and mix well.
  • Take the bread. Pour the mixture and bake in the toaster with non-stick paper so that nothing sticks to you for 5-10 minutes.
