The easiest sugar-free vegan donuts with blueberries you have ever made.
It's a very quick recipe that you can make even if you do not have a donut pan. The dough is such that you can prepare donuts in a simple pan giving them shape with slightly wet hands.

Sugar free donuts with blueberries
Amazing homemade baked donuts that can be ready in 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 300 gr. flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- salt
- 170 gr. honey or maple syrup or agave
- 54 gr. coconut oil
- 200 gr. almond or soy milk
- 1/4 cup blueberries
for serving
- 2 tbsp sugar substitute
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Start by preheating the oven to 180C.
- In a bowl, pour all the ingredients except the blueberries and mix.
- Finally add the blueberries and mix lightly. Transfer the mixture to an oiled donuts pan and spread it with slightly wet fingers.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let the donuts cool for 10 minutes before removing them from the pan.
- Smear their surface with olive oil and then dip them in the "sugar"-cinnamon mixture. Your donuts are ready to eat.
