Instead of prunes you can use dates or raisins.

Replace if you want almond butter with peanut butter or some other kind of nut butter.

Instead of almond milk (if you are not vegans) you can use another milk of your choice.

It is very important to leave your pudding in the fridge for several hours so that it cools well and acquires a perfect texture.

  • 43 gr. chia seeds
  • 240 gr. almond milk
  • 18 gr. almond butter
  • 12 gr. cocoa powder
  • 5-6 prunes
  • shredded sugar free chocolate


  • All you have to do is mix all the ingredients and then beat them in the blender. Put in two bowls in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours or for an entire night.
  • In the morning, enjoy with grated chocolate, nuts or grated biscuits.
