The easiest sauce that will make tastier your pasta, your sandwiches, your vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 red peppers
  • 4 tbsp hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat your oven in 250C. Roast your peppers for 20 minutes.
  • Take them out and cover them with foil for a few minutes so that their skin comes out more easily.
  • Peel them and put them in the blender with the hazelnuts, olive oil, lemon, garlic, salt and red pepper.
  • Add more olive oil if you want your sauce more creamy.
