How many tablespoons are one portion?
One portion is 2 tablespoons romesco sauce.
Instead of hazelnuts you can use any nuts you want.
Instead of olive oil you can use water.
Taste it in the end and add some more salt if needed.
If you don't have time to spend you can buy ready made red peppers from the market.

Homemade japanese teriyaki sauce
- 2 red peppers
- 4 tbsp hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper
- Preheat your oven in 250C. Roast your peppers for 20 minutes.
- Take them out and cover them with foil for a few minutes so that their skin comes out more easily.
- Peel them and put them in the blender with the hazelnuts, olive oil, lemon, garlic, salt and red pepper.
- Add more olive oil if you want your sauce more creamy.
