These vegan veggie burgers are ideal for vegans , for vegetarians and for people that want to eat more healthy.

You have never eaten burgers like these. They are super juicy.

The recipe for making these vegan burgers is very easy and the main ingredient is red beans which are super nutritious. I personally get them ready boiled, canned.

If you want to get them ready, pay attention to the ingredients on the package. Many packages state that the recipe also contains sugar. The specifics I get are just boiled beans in salted water.

For me, they go perfectly with baked potatoes "like french fries" or in a burger.

For a lighter burger you can follow my idea. With a round hoop or a mug if you do not have a round hoop take a whole grain pita for souvlaki and cut it.

Sprinkle your buns with a little olive oil, sprinkle with a little oregano and bake in a toaster for 4-5 minutes. Your pita will become super crunchy and delicious.

Put ketchup, light mayonnaise or whatever sauce you want, tomato, lettuce and whatever else you like in your burger.
